Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL Services are often unreliable. Because we're sending 3 emails  consecutively (Receipt, Confirmation,Passwords) their server tends to slow down email delivery and it can take up to 8 hours before you receive these emails.

Write down your username & password. As you will need to TYPE them when requested. Sometime the "copy & paste approach does not work!

3 Easy Steps To Download the

See Without Glasses Program

Step Nr. 1:

Download the See Without Glasses Program

 in Ebook format

You need to know how to 'right click' with your mouse. You can see how to do this via this picture.

Please proceed with the download instructions below.

 Put your cursor on the blue underlined link below

and right click on your mouse. (Make sure you 'right click' because otherwise you'll face difficulties!!! See the above picture!)

Right click here to download your guide 1.974 MBs

Then click on either "Save Link As" in Netscape or "Save Target As" in Explorer.

Once you select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As", a download screen will come up asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

Once you've decided where you want to save the document in your computer, click the "Save" button. It should only take a few minutes to download - quicker if you have a cable/DSL high-speed connection.

Once you've done the above steps for the See Without Glasses program, you've downloaded it successfully to your computer! Congratulations!

You should now have an icon like the one below, wherever you saved the download:

Step Nr. 2:

Opening your See Without Glasses Ebook

Click on this icon and the manual will open instantly!

Step Nr. 3:

Registering Your Ebook

• Once you try to access the ebook, you will be immediately prompted to REGISTER your manual.

• Refer to the USERNAME and PASSWORD provided on your confirmation email.

• The Username and password look something like this:

Username: 037noglasses

Password: 684433273459

• Each username and passwords are unique.

• The user name and password you received will only work in your computer; you won't be able to distribute this manual to other users.

• You're allowed to reinstall the software twice before it asks you to contact us

• When you open your See Without Glasses program for the 1st time you'll be prompted to REGISTER your Name, Email Address & Country. Registration is a 'once only' process.

• You don't need a live internet connection to read your manual. However, from time to time, the program will prompt you to allow an internet license check (that can you can override, but not indefinitely).

Troubleshooting on your manual installation:

NETSCAPE is NOT COMPATIBLE with Ebook Pro

 To successfully run your manual you must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher installed on your computer.

If you run BOTH browsers (IE and Netscape) on your computer, be sure you DON'T download the multimedia manual using Netscape because this has been known to cause problems.

Other Suggestions:

Once your manual is registered, you might want to

BACKUP your USERNAME & PASSWORD together

with your: File to a safe place just in case your computer goes down or rebuilt and you need to reinstall.

BACKING THEM UP to a CD would be ideal!

When all else fails!

There are other factors that can cause our manual to fail. We have covered most of them above, but in some cases they fall outside our website's control:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) might be a factor
   

• You are behind a FIREWALL (at work or at home) and this is restricting access to the manual authentication server
   

• The security settings on your computer are restricting registration

• Your email account might have exceeded its limit
   

• You may not have admin rights on your computer (Windows NT, XP, 2000)
   

• You may be running Windows 95 which is not compatible with the Ebook Pro software
   

• Perhaps there is a conflict with another program on your computer

What to do if everything else fails:

95% Of the time you'll have no problems downloading

and enjoying your See Without Glasses program, however, if you've tried E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G and still you haven't been successful running Ebook Pro and seeing your program...

Don't despair or send me a nasty email complaining about it. As mentioned 95% of the time Ebook PRO works perfectly, but sometimes due to compatibility issues you can experience challenges.

I know how eager you are in starting to improve your eyesight.

So, what you'll need to do is send an email to: didnotwork@seeingwithoutglasses.net

Explaining what the problem is and you'll immediately receive an email with further instructions on what to do!

However, send an email to this address ONLY as your last resource!!!

You'll receive the See Without Glasses Program in a different format but in case you want a refund, our webmaster might question the real reason behind your cancellation and it's up to him to void your cancellation policy or guarantee if he considers your request is unjustified!

So make sure you only send an email if you're completely certain that EbookPro is not working on your system!
