Please read these instructions carefully

BEFORE trying to download your digital product.

The process is really easy but failing to read

the instructions can create unessesary

confusion and frustration!

In a few minutes you'll be receiving an email with your unique username and password, gather that information and follow the instructions provided on this page to download successfully your digital product.

The username looks something like this: noglasses001

And the password looks somethung like this: 123456789

If after 20 minutes from placing your order you have not received your username and password, most likely your spam filter filtered the email and placed it in your spam folder. (PLEASE check your spam forlder before contacting us, 99% of the times the email will be there! Thanks)

However in the unlikely event that you indeed did not receive the username and password, please go to the following page to let us know what the problem is.

Downloading Instructions:

 The first two things I want you to do are the following:

a) Add this page to "My Favourites" for future reference

b) Print this page, so you can follow correctly the downloading instructions.

NOTE:The Step by Step Threesome Multimedia Guide comes in a convenient Ebook PRO Format, however this software is only available for PC's. If you are an iBook/Mac computer user, please send a blank email to:

They will send you a compatible version for Mac!

REMEMBER: Please allow 15 to 20 minutes (up to 30 on peak hours) to receive your email with the username and password.

For security purposes, the download link you received is only valid for 24 hours. In case you did not manage to access your book inside the 24 time frame, you can still download your manual using the link below!

You need to know how to 'right click' with your mouse. You can see how to do this via this picture.

 You'll need to download Step by Step Threesome to your computer. 

To do that, simply put your cursor on the blue underlined link below and right click on your mouse. (Make sure you 'right click' because otherwise you'll face difficulties!!!)

Then click on either "Save Link As" in Netscape or "Save Target As" in Explorer.

Once you select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As", a download screen will come up asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

Once you've decided where you want to save the document in your computer, click the "Save" button. It should only take a few minutes to download - quicker if you have a cable/DSL high-speed connection.

(I recommend saving to your PC's Desktop).

Once you have done the above steps for the Step by Step Threesome manual, you have downloaded it successfully to your computer!! Congratulations!!

Opening your Manual

Again, very simple...

Click on the icon:

The manual will open instantly!

Step # 3

Registering Your Manual

Once you try to access the manual, you will be

immediately prompted to REGISTER your manual.

Refer to the USERNAME and PASSWORD provided

on your confirmation email.

The Username and password look something like this:

Username: noglassesxxx

Password: 784433273459

Each username and passwords are unique.

The user name and password you received will only work in your computer. You will not be able to distribute this manual to other users.

Manual 'Single User' License

When you open your Manual for the first time you will be prompted to REGISTER your Name, Email Address & Country.

This enables our Manual Administrators to identify you should we need to contact you for any reason or issue you with Manual updates. Manual licenses are regularly maintained and monitored.

Registration is a 'once only' process and, "no" you don't need a live internet connection to read your manual. However, from time to time, the program will prompt you to allow an internet license check (that can you can override, but not indefinitely).

Note: In case you request a refund your username and password will be desactivated and you will no have further access to the guide.

Troubleshooting On Your Manual Installation:

NETSCAPE is NOT COMPATIBLE with Ebook Pro

 To successfully run your manual you must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher installed on your computer.

If you run BOTH browsers (IE and Netscape) on your computer, be sure you DON'T download the multimedia manual using Netscape because this has been known to cause problems.

Other Suggestions:

If you need to MOVE your manual file onto another computer you'll have to CLICK on the 'U' button on your Viewer toolbar & UN-REGISTER your copy. The 'U' will then switch to a 'R' button which, when selected will allow you to RE-REGISTER at the new location.

Once your manual is registered, you might want to

BACKUP your USERNAME & PASSWORD together

with your:File to a safe place just in case your computer goes down or rebuilt and you need to reinstall.

BACKING THEM UP to a CD would be ideal !

What happens if your computer crashes ... or is reimaged?

If you know in advance that you're going to reimage your PC, CLICK on the 'R' button on your Viewer toolbar to UNREGISTERED your copy.

The 'R' will then switch to a 'U' button which, when selected again, will allow you to RE-REGISTER your manual again.

If your computer crashes and you don't get a chance to UNINSTALL your manual beforehand, you'll need to

contact us to arrange to have your single-user manual license UNLOCKED.

When all else fails!

There are other factors that can cause our manual to fail.

We have covered most of them above, but in some cases they fall outside our website's control:

• Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) might be a factor
   

• You are behind a FIREWALL (at work or at home) and this is restricting access to the manual authentication server
   

• The security settings on your computer are restricting registration

• Your email account might have exceeded its limit
   

• You may not have admin rights on your computer (Windows NT, XP, 2000)
   

• You may be running Windows 95 which is not compatible with the ebook Pro software
   

• Perhaps there is a conflict with another program on your computer (for example Frontpage, Dreamweaver and other html editors will make ebook pro unoperable.) If you are using any of these programs make sure to close it before attempting to use ebookpro.
