Refund Policy
Dear friend,
Thanks for giving See Without Glasses a fair try.
Before you request a refund, please make sure you understand the following:
Refunds are only applicable for manuals on the .exe format!
Because our approach is along the lines of Software License Agreement adopted by most companies today. this means that:
a) If you ordered the book through one of my special offers and you got the .PDF version of See Without Glasses, no refund is applicable!
b) If you downloaded the manual using the didnotwork@seeingwithoutglasses.net address, we reserve the right to question your refund request and we will only refund the purchase at our discretion.
c) If under any circumstances, listed or not listed on this page or website you have the .PDF version of the manual, the guarantee will not be applicable and you will not receive a refund!
Why do we do this?
Because the moment the .PDF file is sent to you, we have no further control over the file, that's why the sale is final!
Please refrain for requesting a refund if you've got the .PDF file in your possession, as it will not be processed. (Exceptions apply. Please read letter b above.)
Refunds for the Ebook Pro version of the Manual:
1) Your refund request will need to be done within the 60 days agreed on the guarantee! And remember that when I process your refund request, Your password and book access will terminate automatically!
2) Because refunds are done by hand (Unlike many other functions) it can take up to 72 hours before your refund is processed! So please be patient! You will be notified that the refund is processed, however your credit card company will probably take a few days to reflect our refund in your credit card statement.
3) If you paid with Paypal, please make sure you mention it in your refund request, and be aware that with Paypal it might be a bit longer before we can process your refund due to the system we use for our shopping cart.
4) When all the above is clear and you're ready to send your refund request, please send an email to refunds@sseeingwithoutglasses.net . You will get an immediate reply telling you that your request was received and within 72 hours your refund request will be processed.
As simple as that :-)
Refunds For the Printed Manual (When Available) :
If you would like a refund for the printed manual, I will gladly process it, however take into consideration the following:
a) You will need to send me an email personally at chris@seeingwithoutglasses.com, requesting your refund. Then I will give you the address where you will need to send the manual back to me via registered mail at your expense!
b) Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund and you will get a refund issued to you by check or Paypal, The refund will not be done through the normal shopping cart procedure!
We handle this refund like this because, when you bought the manual you got the digital version also. You had enough time to check it out, before I sent the manual to you.
(Usually I send the manuals 4 to 5 days after the order is placed).
If you did not let me know that you were unhappy with the manual, I think is only fair that this is handled like this, and that I should not bear the shipping costs! I hope you understand.
